My lovely wife just gave me a True TD1 Kegerator for my birthday.

I found I could fit 4 corny kegs in it before I put the Co2 tank in.

Now I put the Co2 tank in on the shelf in the back of the cabinet, and have found that it won't fit all the way flush against the back wall. It is too tall (not counting the regulator) to fit under the sloping roof containing the thermostat.

So, I'm wondering, is my plan of having four kegs on tap shot? How many corny kegs can you fit into a True TD1?

Or do I just need a shorter Co2 tank? Will a 2.5lb tank work?

Is there a drain hole in the side or bottom that you could route a hose to the C02 outside the fridge? Or if all else fails you could *GASP* drill a hole in the side. Someone on the Forum probably has experience with this problem and could offer suggestions. Good Luck!

build a cradle that connects to the rear shelf and bungies the Co2 tank at an angle.... or drill a hole in that $1000 fridge and run a CO2 line out the back :) :)
