So my next brew is going to be a NB Bavarian Hefe Weizen, this beer is supposed to be cloudy right? So I'm wondering would it be best to just do 2 weeks in the primary and go right to bottles or would it benefit from doing the usual 1 week in the primary and 2 weeks in the secondary?

Skip the secondary. You want it to be cloudy. How long in the primary should be dictated by gravity readings, bu two weeks is probably ok if the yeast is doing its job. I´ve opened HW´s after a week, and they are pretty good. HW should be drunk fresh.

That's exactly what I do with hefeweizens - 2 weeks primary then straight to bottle. I secondary pretty much everything except the hefes, I really like all that yeast. I even swipe the bottom for some extra yeast while racking into the bottle bucket.

10-14 days then keg
