Interesting. Good thing about my homebrew is I don't drink more than two a day. I'm bit of a light weight so one or two and I'm good.

I just come to terms with the fact that I am adversely affecting my health by drinking way too much beers. Hopefully scientists will be able to grow livers and hearts within the next 20 years (my guess as how long my liver is going to last).

I posted this because my family doctor (a non drinker) always recommends a couple beers a day or a glass of wine as part of a healthy diet to many of his patients including me and my father. Depending on your eating habits and lifestyle beer can be beneficial. Moderation and balance is the key to most things in life. Too much of anything can be a bad thing.
