So, generally speaking, the idea behind the beer gun is to bottle already carbed beers. Is there any reason you couldn't fill a keg as though it were a bottling bucket, and bottle the beers that same day (and let them bottle condition)?
The only reason I ask, is that my kegging is basically in the stone age, in that I don't really have a reliable way to cool them (basically, I use them for parties when I cool it in a large bin the way a frat would with a regular keg).
