Hi, I'm going to give this a try but there is no mention of how much yeast to use, is it the standard half pack (approx 5g for a 1 Gallon batch)?

Thanks

One pack of s04 does the trick for me
I wager that if you use Wyeast 1335 or 1098 it will taste better
