My latest IPA...

Ingredients:
◦7lbs Extra Light LME
◦½ lbs CaraVienne 25 Malt
◦½ lbs Carapils Malt
◦3 1 oz. Cascade Hop Pellets
◦WLP 001 White Labs California Ale Yeast

Brewing:

◦Steep grains for 30 min in 2.5 gal of water at 150 degrees
◦Sparge grains
◦1 oz Cascade Hops @ 60 min
◦1 oz Cascade Hops @ 40 min
◦1 oz Cascade Hops @ 20 min

Ferment for 4 days
Dry hop 1oz of whole Citria hops for one week
Conditioned for one and half weeks in the bottle before drinking.

Pretty clear, the clearest batch in over 2 years over brewing. I was hoping for more citrus aroma but it's hit or miss. Also turned out more bitter than i hoped. Any suggestions.

OG 1.041
FG 1.010

I would move those 40 and 20 min additions to 15 and 10/5mins. That would scale down the bitterness from the 40min addition, and would add some more flavor. You could add in another oz or 2 of hops for dry hoppping to get more aroma.

Are you sure your OG was only 1.041? Seems low with the amount of extract and grains you have listed. Looks like that feremented pretty quick also.
