I'm developing an automagic brew sculpture, controlled by Arduino.

Right now, I use an aluminum BK and siphon to fermenter, no filtration, just stop the siphon when it gets chunky.

The new system will be pretty standard to what others use (eg Brutus, etc) with a bulkhead and valve leading through a pump.

What's the "best" method for filtering out of the BK? I primarily use pellet hops and Whirlfloc or SuperMoss. I will have a whirlpool function in the system, and the dip tube will be situated close the the edge of the BK...design dependent, of course (eg, false bottom with central return outlet...)

Thanks!
