When I brewed my Fat Tire clone, I had no ice and the cold water bath only got it to the low 90's and I had other things to do so I threw it in my Fermenting chamber with the intention of pitching the yeast later that afternoon. Well....I forgot until the next day (yes beer drinking was involved). I said what the heck and pitched (at 65f). The beer fermented nicely and tasted great at bottling time. No ugliness whatsoever. Just another reason that RDWHAHB is the best philosophy I guess.
