Tasting Notes
Light, slightly sweet, more bitterness than a usual pilsner.
For those looking for something to do with a can of coopers pilsner and no lagering equipment, here's what I did. In my opinion a nice, light, flavorful beer with a little bit more character from the wheat malt.

3.75 lb Coopers pilsener hopped LME
1 lb Pilsen light DME
1 lb Bavarian wheat DME
.5 oz Hallertau (3%) 30 min
.25 oz Hallertau 0 min

This is my first recipe, done to find something to do with a Christmas gift. I really hope someone else gives this a shot and let's me know what they think!
