I've decided I'm not a fan of ec1118, but I have a packet left to use. I was pondering what I would like to make and got to thinking about a calming methaglyn. I've been making herbal tinctures and teas for years, but with a concentrated tincture it doesn't matter how awful it tastes. With this I would like it to be something you sip and enjoy.

I was thinking orange camomile ginger, or camomile peppermint Passion flower.

Any herb combination recommendations?

Be careful with chamomile. Last metheglin I made with that was very bitter. I think I was at about 3 1/2 oz per gallon equal parts chamomile and lemon grass.
