Finally took a reading and look at the IPA I brewed on Tuesday. I was worried as there was no activity in the air lock. Checked tonight after getting home from St. Louis.
Well pulled sample and it smells great... very citrusy/grape fruity.. OG was 1.078 and was sitting at 1.032 today after 5.5 days. Woo hoo. Nice layer of krausen on it.
Excited for it to be bottled!
