My first beer after 15 or so years, and first beer on my recently completed system. An RIS that insisted it preferred to be a stronger porter.

Just cracked this Stout open for a first try.

No, I don't see it leaps. I just "upload a file" (middle radio button bottom right), pics I have on my computer. I'm pretty disastrous with computer stuff, though - sorry I can't be of more help. Hope you get it squared away, love seeing pics!

HB Flight: Coffee/vanilla Stout, NEIPA, Cherry Quad, Chocolate Porter, Barrel Aged RIS. The 10day vacation did these all good!

Trying to kill a keg for a refill. The coffee/vanilla was a favorite..but not empty yet.

HB Belgium Barrel Aged Quad..

IPA with pureed honey dew melon and cucumber! 72 IBUs, 5.9%

Hop bomb, my neipa 6.7% got citra azacca and galaxy

Imperial Chocolate Stout
Double IPA
Irish Red
Cream Ale

HB RiS. After a flight and 3 strong margaritas tasted awesome!

My Old Ale

HB Hibiscus P.A.

Allagash triple clone (very lightly oaked so somewhere between the triple and curieux).

My "Rainy Day" Pale Ale. I added Turmeric Root and Ginger Root to my mash and hop boils! I made it as an homage and modern spin on a Kentucky Common (Bottled in just over a weak to preserve sweetness, but results in a low ABV). The flavours pop, the head retention is amazing, but what really stood out was the balance between the hops and the vegetable-like flavours. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Will be brewing it a second time next week, and once I fine tune the recipe I'll post!

Kolsch

Circus Peanut Belgian Pale

Hopslam clone, after a few days on the gas.

A stupidly simple cider...just tossed yeast and gave it two weeks. I forced carb'd in my Sodastream, but other than that and yeast I did diddly squat. Tasty at about 6%!

Was a busy day yesterday and today, but no more for me. My liver, kidneys, guts, etc need a break.

HB Saison


Same as above except with the addition of a blood orange tincture I made.


Moving on to a session IPA that I made ... needs more umph though.


HB - Deserted Island Kettle Sour (papaya, mango, and pineapple)


Guava kettle sour - probably my favorite brew that I've made.

First stab at a NEIPA.

My nearly two year old Imperial Stout. WOW how the flavors change over time.

Real tasty Kolsch! With head retention for days. Sorry for bad cell phone pic.

Irish stout I whipped up, made a little too late for St. Patrick's Day. Tasting pretty good after a week in the bottle. Will taste better in another week, and another...
