Anyone know how to tell different vaierities apart? I planted 3 cascade and 1 nugget. All are doing pretty well. But I don't quite remember which plant is the nugget. They are in planters.

Im facing the same problem, got cluster and cascade next to each other, and forgot which is which. I'm hoping I can use this to help me out. Hop Varieties The cascades look pretty different than the nugget in the pics, so you may be able to tell them apart pretty easily.

I have both cascade and nugget growing next to each other. My best description is that the nugget has larger, darker leaves and the bines have smaller "spiky" protrusions (the roughness of the bine is greater on the cascade). One sure way to tell is to smell them at harvest...the one that smells different is nugget.

Happy hopping
