Made blueberry melomel with the last 5 gal. 2 1/2 gal. juice, 12 lbs of honey and ale yeast. It's in secondary 6 weeks, boy is it dry! very little blueberry & honey flavor Lots of alcohol.... Someone said some citrus would have brought out the flavor,is this so? Can I still add some? Anyway I have 5 more gal.s of single strengh juice and need to make something soon maybe wine? any thoughts? Thanks, Hazen
