Well, my motherload of ingredients I ordered earlier this week didn't show up today in time for tomorrow (Brewday)...

Ive got some stuff on hand but I'm not sure I have a recipe worth.

Problem is I've only got a handful of hops on hand.

If any of you folks have a minute to look over my inventory (below) let me know if you see anything (maybe something light, a creme, or a blonde) that is worth firing up the equipment for.

Ive got plenty of 2-row

.75 lb Cara-Pills
.50 lb Vienna
.50 lb Crystal 10
.50 lb Crystal 60

.50 oz Northern brewer 7.0%
.50 oz Styrian Goldings 3.5%
.50 oz Fuggles 4.0%
.50 oz Centennial 9.0%
.50 oz Wiliamette 3.4%

Nottingham
SafAle 04
SafAle 05

What do you think?

Thanks guys

Looks like a pale ale to me:

8 lb 2-row
all your crystal
mash at 154 for 60 mins

Centennial and N.B. for 60 mins
Styrian goldings 15 mins
Willamette 5 mins

pitch the Nottingham

That's what I would do anyway.

Beersmith thinks that should get you to 1.043 and 37 IBUs
