I just put my scottish Ale in my 5 gal keg and haveno idea how this works. I have all the equip, and a general idea but could use some advise. The keg has been chilled to 40 deg, and my co2 tank is full what next?

Never will understand why people do the impatient method. :confused:
 
I actualy tried the impatient method to see the difference and to me there was no diff. 2 ales both set at 2.5 vol . 1 at set it and forget it, and 1 at give me a f-----g pint already! Both came out nice. Cheers
