hey i am building a kegerator and have a question about a couple of draft towers that i am looking at. both are micromatic 2 faucet towers. both are stainless steel. it looks like the only difference to me being that one has beer hoses coming out of the bottom. the other has what they call bent tube housing. it looks like it has steel tubes coming out of the bottom of the tower to connect hoses to. what would an advantage of this be.

I would guess that the steel could stay colder than plastic.

I've heard of problems with the lines being warm and beer foaming on the first glass or so.

I've got my Sanyo going, but just using cobra taps for now.

I would think having SS all the way to the bottom would make cleaning the tower easier and you won't have to think about replacing the lines.
