I am using White Labs liquid English Ale yeast. The yeast is different from the California Ale yeast I usually use. It is "clumpy". The liquid seperates from the yeast and creates hard lumps/cakes. I shake it and it breaks it up but it is in no way smooth. The CA yeast is very smooth totally unlike this one. Is there something wrong with it?
