Altering flavor Post Kegging

About 4 months ago I made a light pilsner that essentially tastes like hops and water. Is there any way to alter the flavor of the beer after it has been kegged. Specifically gaining more body or flavor?

I suppose you could back sweeten with a little lactose. Not perfect, but it could add some body. The alternative is to make a malty batch (low hop bitterness) and blend them.
 
You can boil up some malto dextrin. It adds body (mouthfeel).

You could also dry hop for another hop flavor.

Then, there's fruit flavoring (which I don't really care for).

Blending with a thicker beer also helps as previously mentioned.
 
I did blend it with a porter I made and it helped out considerable. Unfortunately I finshed the porter last night.

I've also tried adding some boiled Malto-Dextrin but it didn't seem to work, I can try it again though.
