Hey guys first post here.

Today I brewed up the Belgian Wit from AHS. The recipe calls for half ounce cascade for 30 minutes and another half ounce for 5 min. My ******* threw the whole ounce in at the beginning of the 30 minute boil. How is this going to change the flavor of the beer? I'm sure it will be drinkable but will it be good?

nothing wrong with that in a hefe. Most recipes call for just bittering hops.

If you like hoppy bitterness then you will be happy. Good is what you perceive not what others think. Most belgians are not hop forward and it might overpower the wheat, but the thought of it makes me think of Stone Epic 8-08-08 plus a little wheat.
