All-Cascade Pale Ale
i wrote this recipe with beersmith and brewed it up today. i only got 60% efficiency on this one hence the 1.060 OG. i wrote it as an all-cascade hop pale ale, but it falls under american pale ale AND american IPA style according to beersmith. so, call it what you will. it sounds delicious in my head though, i'll update on how it comes out

2.0 pkg American Ale (Wyeast Labs #1056)

dry hopped it today and took a reading. it was at 1.016. reading tasted very nice and balanced. i didn't actually measure the amount of hops i put in for the dry hop, i just threw in a couple handfuls. i'm estimating i threw in about 2.5oz. i'll update with pics when this one is done

Hope this came out well as I'm trying it today. I'm having a Casdades Hop management problem as they keep growing and my freezer is filling up. This could be the solution.
