68 degrees not 70? Then wait 4 weeks possibly 5 before trying it. Not much longer than 3 weeks really.

(I always try mine at 2 weeks too. I am almost always a little disappointed over what I was expecting too. Then it seems like magic between 3 and 4 weeks it becomes perfect.)

Wait. 15 days is only 2/3 of the way there. There is a reason why it is three weeks min instead of two.

A few degrees will make a difference...I have a small extra bedroom that I store my bottles in for carbing and I try to keep it 72-75, and they're usually carbed fully between 2-3 weeks.
