Pitching brett and bugs. Aeration?

I will be racking my supplication clone to secondary soon.
My question is regarding Aeration when transferring and adding my blend of Brett, Lacto and Pedio.

Should i Aerate? or try to avoid agitation.

I know that you want little oxygen to keep from producing Vinegar like flavors and a thick pellicle. But, is it necessary when initially transferring, to get things going?

This is my first Sour and i am trying to do it right

No need to aerate but it won't be an issue if you agitate the fermenter putting it in its home.
