Will beer get better if it sits in the ferementer for a time frame after it reaches it final gravity or should I bottle it once it reaches the FG?

Matt

Many people still debate this but many are agreeing now that a good 2-3 weeks in primary is good for your beer.

There's a bazillion threads on this, including at least 3-4 from today only. Just look around for all the threads in the beginners sections with titles like "should I secondary?" "when should I secondary?" "Long Primary?" "How long can I leave my beer in primary?" "Autolysis?" "no secondary?"
And those in the similar threads box below.

Rather than re-invent the wheel, and us repeating ourselfs for the 5th time today, just look for what's already here, you will get plenty of info in a few minutes of looking.

I believe the answer is yes, and have Posted heavily on it. Even today.
