I live in chicago-land.. I sent her a message stating that she is trying to bend people over with that price and at $200 it would be more enticing to people.

Just a general CL rant: Why do people give a price range and then say make offer.

The first ad in this thread says 100-130... make offer.

Even if it was a fantastic deal, who would offer anything above 100 when her price says 100-130???
