I'm on my 2nd AG batch and I'm trying to hit 154 as my mash temp, in some areas of the cooler it's right there, others it's 158, others it's 148-150, I've stirred a decent amount and dont want to F up my braid at the bottom by stirring more. I'm not really going to sweat it this time, but i do have some boiling water to adjust it if needed.
Is this normal?
