Tasting Notes
Great every day pale ale
I have been brewing for 3 years and learned everything I know from here and /r/homebrewing and wanted to give back to this great community by posting the beer I make the most of.

This was the first beer I made as a kit from northern brewer, and since then I been modifying it till it was perfect.

It's a simple English pale ale, malty and slightly sweet, with just enough hop bitterness to balance it. Peaks at around 3 months after brew day.

I have not found one person who hasn't liked this beer, even BMC drinkers.

For yeast- all are good choices, my favorite is WLP007, tho I go back and forth between that and Nottingham because to me WLP007 kills a lot of the hop character.
