Came back from my brew store with a different combo then I expected. I have an oz of 12 AA simcoe and three oz of 10 AA centennial. Which should be bitter or how should I mix them? I want an oz or a little less for a dry hop. This will be a light IPA.

I would use the Simcoe for aroma and/or dry hopping. They have a unique aroma that just smells wonderful...that's what I would do.
