yea that's quite a bit of trub at the bottom of your carboy. but aside from that it looks like an excellent Stout. wish i could have some.

Brown ale with coffee malt(165) instead of regular chocolate. Little underwhelming on roast flavor, going to bottle half of the batch with some fresh brewed espresso.
