Today is my first brew in a new house. It's been one struggle after another. I have 40-50 AG brews at the old house, but nothing is where I expect it. To make matters worse, the wind is gusting about 25 mph and getting a consistent boil is next to impossible. On the good side, I've hit my numbers well, and should end up with a decent beer after all is said and done.

AHS 20th Anniversary Blonde Rye. A new recipe, should be a nice tasty summer brew.

Never really considered that "knowing your system and process" changes when you move. Hope you enjoy the new place.

Part of the joy of brewing is developing a good routine... now there is a disturbance in the force, but this may lead to an even better routine...
