Hello all. I am looking for a house beer recipe that is a bit lower in alcohol, on the lighter side, able to be drunk in quantitites - you know - a session beer. I makes lots of IPA's and pales but would like something that does not sneak up on you like my beers have tended to do. Any ideas?

You could clone MGD 64; here's the recipe:

5.00 gallons water
3 drops brown food coloring
4.00 oz Corn Sugar
11 grams of US_04

Skip the boil. Put everything in your bottling bucket, stir well, and bottle it. In 3 weeks you've got MGD 64!

Seriously though what about Orfy's Mld Mannered Mild? If it were me I'd just shoot for something well balanced, not overly carbonated, and around 3% abv.
