1 oz Styrian Goldings (3.8%) @ 85 minutes
1 oz Stryian Goldings (3.8%) @ 5 minutes

WLP500 Trappist Ale yeast


I donated a corny of this to my LHBS to pour at a beer and spirits festival in Lake Geneva last weekend. Out of all the kegs at the event, I was told this one kicked first. A little too fruity for my tastes, but I really haven't had anything else in this style to compare it to.
