any reason why I shouldn't split up my sweetwort extraction and my boil?

I would like to break it up into two evenings...

Thanks

I've read a lot of anecdotal accounts of people doing it and apparently it works fine. The concern would be souring of the mash (IMO), but it seems like people aren't noting that when beginning the boil < 24hrs. I would keep it in a warm place and perhaps wrap it with some blankets if available, but otherwise just give it a shot.
