Has anyone converted a cooler into a MLT with plastic cpvc parts vs steel or brass? If so, do you have a parts list?

bends and pipe, i've done cpvc and brass/copper

the cpvc was pretty much self explanitory. Get the pipe, some t's for the manifold and 90's for the corners. Spigot and glue.

The brass was a lot harder. I ended up using 3/8th flexible copper to make the loops, and then finding 1/8 FIP t's which i brazed the copper on to because i didnt' feel like spending $12 a peice for compression fittings for the flex stuff.

Take some time around a hardware store and rack your brain about what you're doing. I found everything i needed to build both MLT's at a local menards (i'm assuming you don't have one in tx, so try lowes or w/e)

good luck

All are OK but if you are going to use cpvc don't glue it. That way it can be take apart for easy cleaning.
