Hm it was only about 34 days old but I bottled it anyway. It had maybe 14 pounds evap cane juice, a bit of sucanat and molasses, azomite, about 24 oz noni juice, in a 6.5g carboy, and some tart cherry juice. Coming out of primary it tastes pretty good. The noni is very noticeable. How it comes out of secondary we shall see. Unfortunately it did seem like it had a slight vinegary taste, and I am really hoping it isn't from aceto. I think there was a lime in there too and that might have made it taste like that young.
 
Yes noni juice, the juice of the noni fruit I believe. The bottle says "Earth's Bounty Tahitian Organic Noni Juice".
