I'm trying to do the "Founders Brewing Breakfast Stout" from "Brew Your Own" and it calls for a something I'm not familiar with:
Unsweetened chocolate baking nibs
Never heard of them. Any ideas? The recipe also calls for Dark bittersweet bakers chocolate which I am familiar with but any idea on the other?
