I am making a 60 minute IPA. Question: Any issues with the following schedule: (1) approx 2 weeks in primary fermenter (glass carboy), (2) cold-crash for 7 days (leave it in same carboy), (3) keg and dryhop (allow temp to go back to 55 or so before dryhopping). Normally, I would only cold crash for a few days, but I didn't plan my work travel schedule well. Based on some of the postings I've read here, I was going to skip transferring to a secondary carboy altogether.
