So I made a American stout let it ferment a month. Then I took 2 vanilla beans scrapped them and out them in vodka. Once I had my extra t I added this to the beer and let sit for 2 weeks. After I kegged and carbonated. Now I tried the beer and the taste is awesome but the vanilla Is too strong is there a way to allow it to tame a bit. Or is it how it is forever. This was a 5 gallon batch. Didn't think 2 beans would overpower it.

Yup. Give it time. I have a Vanilla Stout in the keg now. It just keeps getting better. Now if I could just stop drinking it :/

Vanilla tends to fade fairly fast, give it 3 weeks then take a taste...repeat as needed until desired flavor is attained.
