Making a Weiss and want to add some citrus flavor. Would lemon zest be the right way to go or do you guys have some other ideas?

Thanks

Coriander adds citrus flavor. It needs to be crushed. I would add about an ounce toward flameout, or maybe a few minutes earlier. Lemon zest may work as well, but coriander is used in wits to impart the citrus flavor.

+1 For fresh lemon zest. I use a cheese grater.

Dried bitter orange peel works great too...but mainly just because I have a bunch of it right now. ;)

Heh.

Google "Paradise Seeds".

NOT what you would expect (or, maybe it is).

:drunk:

ETA: "Grains of Paradise" is what you mean, I think
