My local Homebrew club has employed all members to brew some type of porter to be ready for our November meeting. I am the most junior of members, and would like to step up closer to the world of AG brewing. Being an extract guy because of time/equipment constraints, i wanna try a decent partial mash recipe to get my feet wet (and to obtain more control over my beer's flavor). anyone have any decent recipes? looking for maybe a Vanilla or ginger spiced type porter recipe.
