I have found several suppliers of inline filters to use for oxygenating wort (2 micro or less) and wondering what you are using that you like. FYI - I will be using a medical oxygen concentrator (concentrate to 92% pure O2) to fill small oxygen bottles (portable ones people who have COPD use).

I just have tubing to a .5 micron stone. I don't think much if anything can live in almost pure oxygen at bottle pressures. I do sanitize the tubing though.

I use one of these:

They filter down to .023 micron and are 99.99% efficient. They are only $5 and I figure better safe than sorry.

I use nothing. My oxygen comes from those little red disposable cylinders from the hardware welding isle.

if i was using an aquarium pump, i'd run a filter.
