Anderson valley summer solstice brew day

The dog and I are breaking in our new propane burner with this semi goofy brew. Just doughed in a few min ago. Brewing > being at work

What's goofy about it? Also, are you a member of any of the local brew clubs? (seattle)

go taste it! its on tap at latona pub right now. there's no bittering addition and a lot of crystal flavor. Think Cheesefoods vanilla caramel cream ale. Its kind of a toothache, but I really enjoyed it.


I'm not in a brew club in seattle. but my beer and set up is finally at the point where I could actually be a productive member, so maybe I should look into it. are there any here in the city? I saw a north seattle club that seemed to meet at gilligans on the burke gilman.

I'm in west seattle and am looking for a club near here. That site says one or two exist but I've been unable to contact them so maybe they are unactive at this time.
