I bottled my first batch 7 days ago, and well, I couldn't wait. Opened one up and WOW!!! The carbination was perfect, the color spectacular, and the taste was beyond description. Some much for commercial beers, I'm hooked. Now it's time for the second batch. :ban:

Primary: none
Secondary: none
Bottled: Northern Nut Brown

I'm putting my first batch in the secondary tomorrow. I hope that I have the success you did!

Excellent! Welcome to the addiction.

It really is amazing how relatively easy it is to brew excellent-tasting beer.

Texas,
Good for you...it's damn tough to wait 3 weeks for bottles to carbonate, ain't it?
Jeff

Congrats!!!

Try (easier said than done) to keep some for a few weeks, it keeps getting better.

I second flingdingo! But it is very hard to keep! I'm going to start and try to brew every weekend so i can have a good supply and try to age some beers!!!
