I got some peach flavoring to add to my beer. It said to add the bottle (8oz) to five gallons. I only want to add it to 12doz of them. I did some testing but cant get the flavor to come out. Should I keep adding or does it get better in time?

12 dozen? How does one get that many bottles out of a 5 gallon batch? :p I would just keep adding the flavoring to taste until it's to your liking. Fruit flavors don't get stronger with time, just weaker.

That works out like this: 8 (fl oz of extract)/ 640 fl oz (ie 5 gal) * 12 fl oz (1 bottle) = 0.15 fl oz per bottle of beer as per the instructions. This is just under 1 teaspoon. (0.9)

I think 12 dozen 8oz bottles is a little extreme ;)

Edit - Nothing like posting a joke about a misspelling with a misinterpretation!
