I'm trying to decide what hop utilization formula to use for my brewing software (beertoolspro) and I haven't been able to find an answer. Seems like there are several popular formulas to use and they all calculate bitterness different ways. I do full boils and primarily use pellet hops. Any recommendations about what to go with, Rager, Tinseth or Garetz? Others?

They all have advantages and disadvantages. Your best bet is to pick one and stick with it. After a few beers you will be able to tell if you need to increase or decrease your bittering based on your preferences and adjust your recipes accordingly. If it helps JZ uses Rager for all his recipes so if you are brewing from "Classic Styles" you should go with that one.
