Leftover grains - Ideas to use them up? Extract + Mini Mash

I have the following grains:

0.50 lb. Crystal 15L
0.25 lb. Crystal 40L
0.33 lb. Crystal 60L
0.50 lb. Crystal 75L
0.75 lb. Crystal 120L
0.67 lb. Pale Malt
0.50 lb. Munich Malt
0.50 lb. Aromatic Malt

What can I make to use these all up in 2-3 5-gallon batches? I dont mind buying more grains to make the beers, I just wanna use all my old stuff up.

I have lots of hops to play with (kent goldings, mt hood, cascade, centennial, columbus, galena, saaz, tettnang, UK WGV, willamette)

I have the equipment to brew extract + mini mash or extract + steeping grain.

I think you could do my Dead Guy clone, but you'd have to purchase a couple more ingredients. I will try to think of some other things, too, though!
