If I were to put Irish Moss into the secondary, would it do anything? I ask because I accidentally shook up the traub after already using some Irish Moss.
 
Not as far as I understand it. Irish moss does it's job in the boil. Besides, everything should settle out in the fermenter. I wouldn't worry about it.
 
No, it wouldn't help as it binds to proteins in the boil. But as Stpug said, don't worry about it at all, the trub will settle back to the bottom again.
