Delighted to say i completed my fist successful home brew and it tasted great. I brewed the dogfish head imperial pilsner. After a nervous few weeks I tasted it today and I was delighted with the results. I will do this one again.
I was thinking of doing the dogfish head imperial pale ale next (just have the one book so trying a few from this until I get the hang of things). Has anyone tried this one?
Also I was thinking of trying adding rum soaked chips to half the batch to see how it would differ, or would this combination work on this style of beer?
