I have brewed 6 all-grain beers and just tried my first lager. It was a Noble Pils. It is very cloudy, almost white. I had it in primary for about 10 days at 50 degrees, raised it to 68 for 2 days and lagered at40 degrees for 3 weeks. It used 5 ounces of hops and i didn't strain it when I put it in the primary, would that cause a cloudy beer? Should I have strained it? Also I wonder if it would clear if I waited longer. What do you guys think?

what was the wort like? and how's the flavor? was it cloudy from day 1? what yeast?

Noonan says, "one week per 2 degrees plato (or 8 points)"

52 / 8 = 6.5 weeks of lagering

i'd also drop the temp about 5F

So If I just leave it in my Kegerator at 36 degrees (where it is now) for a few more weeks will it clear?
