Got my new kit from Austin Home Brew. A Fat Tire clone. Put everything in my 4 gal pot, and with all the extract and water additions, my fluid level was right to the top of the pot. So, I sanitzed a small bowl and transferred part(1 Gal)of my wort to a Stainless 5 QT. The hop additions I did a little math to figure out how much in each pot. I hope this turns out.

I have to do that kind of stuff all the time, my crappy stove can barely bring 2 gallons to a boil. Works fine though!
